The State has asked the High Court of Zambia to dismiss an application by Tasila Lungu seeking judicial review of a decision by Speaker Nelly Mutti to declare the Chawama parliamentary seat vacant, arguing that the matter was improperly brought before the court. Tasila, daughter of former President Edgar Lungu, who is currently in South
