Chilanga District in Lusaka province has recorded a sixth laboratory – confirmed choleras case. Acting Chilanga District Commissioner, Maureen Chilende said the patient was treated and has since been discharged. Ms Chilende said the last case was recorded on17th January, 2026, stating that the situation remained under control and currently no patient was in admission
