President Hichilema accords official funeral to the late Dr Bull

President Hakainde Hichilema has accorded late former Cabinet Minister in the United National Independence Party (UNIP) Government, Mutumba Bull, who died on Friday, February 13, 2026, in Lusaka, at an official funeral. This is in recognition of the invaluable public service contributions that late Dr Bull made to the Country when she served as Cabinet
