Mutale Mwanza appears in Court for mention

Socialite, Mutale Mwanza, has appeared in the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for mention in a matter in which she is accused of cyber-harassing media personality, Daisy Lusumpa. Mwanza, whose case is before Magistrate Mbuywana Sinvula, is charged with harassment utilising means of electronic communication, contrary to Section 69 of the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act.
