A 35‐year‐old man of Lunchinze Village in Sinazongwe District has died after an alleged crocodile attack in Lake Kariba. Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Moono Namalongo confirmed the incident, believed to have occurred between January 23 and January 26, 2026, in the Lake Kariba area of Chieftainess Sinazongwe’s Chiefdom.
