LCC SAYS SIMON MWEWA ACTING ILLEGALLY OVER CAR PARK LUSAKA CITY COUNCIL DISPELS UNFOUNDED ALLEGATIONS AGAINST TOWN CLERK The Lusaka City Council (LCC) is compelled to respond to the unfounded and false accusations of corruption levelled against the Lusaka Town Clerk, Eng. Liftery Ndaba, by Mr Simon Mwewa on a social media platform. The Council
