A Former classmate mourns Mutumba Bull

A former classmate to the late Mutumba Bull has described her as an intelligent individual. Speaking from the funeral house, Dr Shimwaayi Muntemba said the late Dr Bull was a brilliant person academically. The media reports that Dr Muntemba said her level of brilliance was a source of inspiration to girls at Chipembi Secondary School.
